The above address, located on the west side of Robertson Blvd., between "Lighting Electric Supply" and "Tony Tee Dance Studio", 3 blocks North of the Santa Monica Freeway underpass. (#10 Freeway, Robertson exit, North).  IMPORTANT NOTICE:  For those who have allergies to DOGS.


FEE:

A $250 deposit is required to reserve space, and is applied toward full workshop fee of $750, which is due no later than first day of class.  To make an easy and secure deposit with credit card or Paypal account, please click the PayPal button below.  We also accept Cash, Check or Money Order.

FOOD & DRINK:  We will provide herb tea and coffee.  You may bring bottled water, juice, protein bars, fruit and snacks for a mid-workshop energy boost.  NO FOOD OR DRINK (besides bottled water) will be allowed in workshop space.  

WHAT TO BRING: 1. Clean work clothes each day of the workshop. Comfortable loose fitting clothing such as sweat pants & T-shirts are best. Bring extra sweaters in case it gets cold at night - think layers. 2. A notepad or tape recorder (IF you want to take notes, not required). 3. Any musical instrument you would like to play or share with the group.

CHEMICALS:  We ask that you abstain from the use of alcohol, drugs, chemicals or medication not prescribed by your physician for at least 24 hours before, and during the workshop and weekly class.

The work in the 10–Week Class is both improvisational and structured. We divide time between exercises, processes and improvised theatre, and pieces brought in by the participants as solos, collaborative duets and group works, conceived outside of class and performed for feedback and development. This is an advanced workshop, students will be admitted based upon previous experience with experimental/improvisational theater.
